Texas could pad lead in exports

President Barack Obama’s administration is negotiating two of the nation’s largest-ever trade deals. The Trans-Pacific Partnership, focused on Asia, “is months away” from conclusion, officials say. The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership with Europe will take more time but could lower the price of European imports and put more U.S. products on foreign shelves.
