March numbers show D-FW apartment rents rising with no decline in sight

With no slowdown in sight, North Texas apartment rents were up by almost 6 percent in March, according to researchers at Axiometrics Inc.

At the end of March, average Dallas-Fort Worth apartment rents were $1,083- $59 a month more than they were just a year earlier.

Overall D-FW rents were up 5.7 percent year-over-year.

And D-FW’s apartments were less that 5 percent vacant at the end of March, Axiometrics said.
